The Specificity Guarantee

If your letter doesn’t feel written for you – for any reason – you get every cent back.

The Night Letter

The Night Letter is a recording made for one person, from the answers they send us, so it has its own rule:

• Until you send your answers, you can have a full refund. Email help@thebirthletter.com.
• Once you send your answers, we begin making your recording, and from then on it can’t be refunded. If there’s a technical problem with your recording, we’ll fix it.
• If something in your answers tells us you may be going through something very heavy, we pause your order before anything is made and offer you a full refund, or to continue whenever you’re ready.

The Specificity Guarantee above covers your birth letters. It doesn’t apply to The Night Letter.

How to ask

Within 60 days of your purchase, email help@thebirthletter.com from the email address you ordered with, or tell us that address in your message. Postal address: MB “Violetinis rytas“, Beržų g. 10, Plateliai, Plungė District, Lithuania. No questions, no forms.

What happens next

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Letters you haven’t used yet in that order are cancelled. Letters already written stay yours.

The Morning Letter

Our letters, books and courses come with our 60-day guarantee. The Morning Letter is different: it’s a monthly membership, $19 a month. You can cancel anytime, in one click, from any Morning Letter or your Morning page. Nothing more is charged after that, and every letter you’ve received stays yours. Questions?
